What is Smart Film?
Smart Film, also known as PDLC (Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal) film, is an electronic light control material consisting of a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between two transparent conductive films. When electricity is applied (ON), the liquid crystal molecules align, making the glass transparent. When power is removed (OFF), the molecules scatter, rendering the glass opaque (frosted) for instant privacy.
